Frito Pie

We visited our friends Noel and Isaac in Albuquerque.  They love Frito Pies so much that we had to stop at Five and Dime to eat one for lunch.

    What the heck is a Frito-Pie. I’m almost scared to ask!

    A Frito Pie is not round. You don’t bake it in a oven. You simply open a bag of Fritos and add a scoop of Chili and shredded American cheese. And it hits the spot.
